V-TwinRumble.com is a fun and safe way to stay connected to the motorcycle community, we have a few rules to make this possible:

1.) Posting Images:

a.) No "Adult" or "X- rated" pictures in our public photo "GALLERY"!  As a general rule if a picture may offend some of our more reserved members please restrict who can see those images by uploading them with "personal" or "friend’s only" selected as the "who can view" option  (using the dropdown box on the upload page, if you have questions please ask the staff for help).

b.) The member must have legal authority to use all images that they upload to v-twinrumble.com

c.) By uploading images to V-Twinrumble.com members agree that the "site" has the legal authority use the images as needed.    

2. Harassment or Inappropriate behavior:

a. Harassment or Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated on v-twinrumble.com

b. Arguments even "heated" Arguments are not prohibited, however threats or intimidation are always "inappropriate"

c. Attempts to "harm" v-twinrumble members or their computer software is prohibited (also see "spam")

d. Attempts to "harvest" user information from members is "inappropriate" and is therefore not tolerated

e. Posting fictitious Rides or events is not allowed!

f. attempts to "harm", "attack", "hack", "leach", "block", "copy", "redirect traffic" or in any way disrupt the v-twinrumble.com servers is in all cases prohibited.

Respect for fellow site members is strongly encouraged!

3. Selling Item:

a.) V-Twinrumble.com does not sell any products to the public, the auctions and classifieds section are services that allow members the opportunity to sell their items.

b.) Any member who posts an item on v-twinrumble.com is solely responsible for the accurate representation of that item.

c.) Bidding on your own item or a friends item in order to "run up the price" is prohibited

d.) All fees must be described fully by the seller in the item listing, no hidden charges or additional fees can be charged to the seller.

e.)  By listing an item in the "Auction" the seller agrees to pay v-twinrumble.com 5% of the sale price as a fee immediately after the item sales.

f.) By listing an item the seller acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for legal compliance of their listing

g.) By listing an item in the auction a member agrees that they are at least 18 years of age and legally responsible for their actions.

 

4. Buying Item:

a.) By winning an auction item, you agree to complete the transaction per the checkout instructions completely.

b.) By bidding on an item a member agrees that they are at least 18 years of age and legally responsible for their actions.

c.)  The Auction and the terms of sale are contracts between the "buyer" and the "seller" of the item (v-twinrumble.com will never be the "SELLER" of a Auction item)

5. Spam:

V-twinrumble.com considers all solicitations to "non-motorcycle related" goods or services to be questionable, if the posting in question follows certain patterns or has particular characteristics it will be classified as "spam".  Spam is a problem because it can contain malicious code, hidden and misleading information, harmful external links, and it can disrupts the normal activity by cluttering public areas with postings that are usually unintelligible. Spam is not acceptable on v-twinrumble.com, it will be removed ASAP. If v-twinrumble.com staff or v-twinrumble.com members in good standing have an objection to any item, the administration reserves the right to remove the item.

6. Privacy:

a.) Email addresses and personal information collected by V-Twinrumble.com during signup is held in strict confidence, the site will not sale your information to third parties, period!

b.) V-TwinRumble.com is a website that has multiple millions of viewers from around the world every month, please use your best judgment when deciding what information to share with the world, you are responsible for the information that you make public on your page. we have configurable privacy setting for each account so each member can select the privicy settings that work best for them.

  7.  Liability:

a.) Usage of the site and membership is offered without charge to anyone accepting and abiding by the "Terms and Condition" agreement.

b.) In accepting the "Terms & Conditions" to use v-twinrumble.com, the user/member agrees that v-twinrumble.com, V-Twin Rumble, llc, V-Twin Events Inc, their officers and staff are not and will not be held liable for any "loss", "damage", "disruption of service", "Injury of any type" and all other claims. 

c.) Violation of the "Terms and Conditions" agreement does not nullify or otherwise alter any "right" or "Protection" claimed by v-twinrumble.com, V-Twin Rumble, llc, V-Twin Events Inc, their officers and staff.

 

We reserve the right to set new rules or modify existing rules as it becomes necessary!

Failure to follow rules could result in the revocation of membership (A.K.A Banned)!!!!
