ABOUT ME!

After 30 years with IBM starting with 14 years in NYC, time in DC, a year in Raleigh, and Charlotte to the end. Now in Concord because it is the best place I have found; not, because it’s the only place I know. Seven trips to the left coast in speeding VW’s[Bug, Square back, Fast back and once in a Ford]. In the 60's and 70's spent time in “The Village”. Spent time in a commune in Brooklyn and wore a tie dyed dashiki with “love beads” and Jesus boots. Have seen the sun rise in the Arctic, over the Atlantic,and from Camel back in Phoenix. I have seen it set in the Pacific. I can truthfully say: “Been there, done that.” I know that there is a God and that he/she has been good to me. I do believe that God created us all and that he/she did not create any trash.

Yeah it was a big event, Gordon and I thought we seen you once, but were not sure it was you? the guy had a boonie hat on, but we were not sure, ha,ha. Hey its been a long time since I last saw you and I'm getting old and can't hardly remember crap, ha,ha. I have lost 70 lbs since last year so I look a little differant.But thank God there were a lot of people there to Honor Sfc Shue and his family. I have not gotten anything on next Sat. so when you do, let me know "ok" Buddah

Gordon was there, but it was so big we got split up some where near Concord.....Billy

Have never been an early morning person. Up at 7ish coffee with wife, Soduko Then dishes, trash usually it the keyboard for email, 5 different id's and such. I do drive the DAV van one of 4 drivers who take vets to the to VA clinics in Asheville, Durham, Winston-Salim, Salisbury and Charlotte. That's about the only Schedule I have and currently that averages out to one a month and I lake to take the long drives to Asheville Durham, and Winston-Salim. These require two drivers and as long As don't I don't have to be down at the DAV before 8AM to pick up the van, I'll go almost anywhere.

My cell phone, 704-796-6716 I prefer it. My wife keeps asking me to drop the land line and I don;t why is still have it.

It;s been only 2 days and I'm starting to get cabin fever. When I'm reach my limit of Cabin time, I may give you a call for a shot of pool, i'm not good; but, I know you have heard that before.

Don't jet jumpy. If your busy, after being married for 27 years, I can take no for an answer.

It's nice to know that Dennis123 is not some 18 year old who can't type.

Are you a vet. If so, we can meet at the DAV on Rockhill Church Rd., next to S&D Coffee. for a free pool table, but they close at 11 or noon at the latest.

Hey im a 65 year old nam vet retired. i live near the DAV on RockHill / Wedington I dont work except around the house --- dishes vacum laundry cut the grass --- You now it as a honey do list. I have all the free time day or night.So i hope we can get togeither. Hope you feel better soon. take care Dennis
